With my October 20 performance fast approaching, I was getting concerned about getting my dress. On Friday, September 28, I started expressing my concern via the chat. I was told I would get my dress on or about October 15. I asked to speak with supervisor or owner. The Chat person, John, and Vincent, the manager, went to work!! They went beyond because they understood I needed to practice in the dress prior to the original delivery date. To my amazement, I got my dress via DHL express on October 8!! The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. I am so pleased with the product and their extraordinary level of service.
