Shipment
Since we provide customize serivce, our regular production time for customized items is 10-15 business days, packages are generally dispatched within 15 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS or DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost might be applied, upon to your country. So please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Venus Dancewear Online you may return the unused portion for refund or exchange*.

Return Policy
At Venus Dancewear, we aim to provide exceptional service, matching the quality of our fine products. If you wish to return an order, we offer a generous refund guarantee. Returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date and must be pre-authorized. If you have purchased from Venus Dancewear Online and wish to return or exchange an item(s):

How to Request a Return

Log in to your venusdancewear.com account.

Access the "Orders history" section and select the order from which he/she wants to return an item by clicking on "Details".

Select the product(s) that he/she wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).

In the "Merchandise return" section, add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.

Click on "Request a return".

After you submit the request, a “Return Approved” email will be sent along with the return instructions and return address.
Return Terms

All returns must be requested online and approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded, and the customer will be responsible for associated costs (e.g., shipping fees).

For both U.S. and international orders, the return process—including placing the return request and shipping the items back—must be completed within 14 days of receiving the last item in the order.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Unqualified returns or exchanges will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Issues such as damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please keep the product in its original packaging for replacement processing.

Items not returned in their original packaging may incur a 50% repackaging fee.

If delivery fails due to incorrect order information, the purchaser will cover the re-shipping fee. Orders returned due to failed delivery will be treated as return orders and subject to our return policy.

Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon examination.

Orders placed during a sale event will retain the same discount for exchanges (same style, different size/color).

High-frequency or large-quantity returns may incur additional restocking fees to maintain our lowest price guarantee and free shipping options.

Return Tips

Refund: A restocking fee will be applied based on the item category.

Exchange: No restocking fee will be charged.

Store Credit: No restocking fee will be charged, and the item cost will be kept as store credit for future purchases.
For your protection, carefully pack your return and use a carrier with tracking information (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Registered Mail). Venus Dancewear is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
For Australia and New Zealand customers, returns can be sent to our local warehouse in Australia.
Please allow 10-15 business days for return processing once the merchandise is received. You will be notified via email regarding credit or replacement eligibility. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Venus Dancewear reserves the right to update this return policy without prior notice. In case of disputes, Venus Dancewear’s decision will be final.

Returns and Exchange are acceptable if any defective problems, wrong items or wrong size problems. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately.
