I am very pleased with the dress. It is well made, good quality, fits perfectly and I look and feel in it very good. I asked for extra sleeves and they were done. I appreciate the efficient communication and assistance.
I am extremely happy with my dress. It was a challenge to produce, as I do not possess a typical dancer's physique. I am proudly a plus-sized woman who dances, who is quite short as well, and it took an extra level of effort and communication with Venus Dancewear. We worked together to confirm my dimensions and we ultimately made a few adjustments to the hemline and the bias cut to optimize my proportions. I'm grateful for the communication, as Venus wanted to "get it right" for me. The results were outstanding. The dress is beautiful, fits me proportionally, and it dances wonderfully. I feel fantastic in it. It is exactly what I wanted for my next competition. The only quibble I'd note (and the only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars) is that since I went with the yellow color, the body suit was still black. The paler color means the black can be seen through the yellow parts of the skirt. Just something to be aware of about the yellow -- but it's such a great color on me that I'm glad I went with it. I'd truly rate this dress a 4.9.
This dress turned out very well. The fit is excellent. It well made and attractive. I asked that it be changed to black and cobalt blue. I also added one mesh and a solid sleeve, with one arm blue and the other black. I asked that the sleeves be jeweled, too. They did everything I asked. My only complaint is that it arrived a week too late for the comp that I originally ordered it for, and it was hard to pin down the delivery date. Still, Im very pleased with the dressed, glad I ordered it, and very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the dress.
The dress is beautiful. I added sleeves and changed the color . The dress came out lovely. I bought the dress right afterwards the Mother’s Sale I am sorry I missed the sale.
Absolutely Gorgeous
Just received my dress, today. It looks amazing. The cups that were placed in the dress were a bit frumpy, but I was able to easily remove them and will just wear a strapless bra. Other than that, the fit is perfect. My competition is on November 4, 2018 and I know that I will not regret this purchase.
